But hang on - how do we know it's not his own pen that he's putting in his pocket... or that this pen wasn't there for him to keep? I mean how do we know that he was actually stealing? :)
PS: looks like a nice pen... I'd keep it, too :)
I think the furtiveness of the gesture and self-satisfied expression on his face afterwards says it all :)
